The Three Lions Bring Back Bukayo Saka But Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden & Jack Grealish Miss Out
Bukayo Saka has recorded 12 goals in 44 appearances for the national team.
The national side have included the Arsenal winger for next week's games against Wales and Latvia, but there is no place for Bellingham, Foden or Grealish.
Gunners attacker Bukayo Saka missed last month's World Cup qualifying successes over Andorra and Serbia due to a muscle problem.
The 24-year-old made a comeback for his club and scored in their victory over the Greek side midweek.
Saka comes in for club colleague Noni Madueke, who is out of action till next month with a knee injury.
The Three Lions meet the Welsh in a warm-up match at the national stadium on Thursday before a qualifying match in Latvia on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a just two more points from their final two qualifiers against Serbia and Albania in November to reach the World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Livramento, who is sidelined for two months following sustaining a knee issue versus the Gunners last weekend.

Grealish also misses out in spite of a resurgence with Everton. The 30-year-old has not played for England since October 2024.
