Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various parts of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
